I refer to the 15 recommendations made in the report by the Office of Chief Psychiatrist titled ‘Review of City East Community Mental Health Service’ dated November 2017, and I ask: (a) have all 15 recommendations been implemented: (i) if no to (a), which recommendations have not been implemented and why; and (ii) if no to (a), is there a plan to implement the recommendations that have not yet been implemented: (A) if yes to (ii), when will these recommendations be implemented; and (b) with regards to recommendation 15, did the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist conduct a Clinical Governance Review of City East since the November 2017 report: (i) if yes to (b), when was it conducted; (ii) if yes to (b), what recommendations were made in relation to the quality and safety of patient care and the impact of the underlying culture, structure and processes on patient safety and quality and staff wellbeing; and (iii) if yes to (b), will the Minister table the findings of the review?

(b)(ii) The East Metropolitan Health Service has not yet received the report from the Chief Psychiatrist and therefore is unable to comment on any recommendations that may arise.
(b)(iii) The Minister will need to consider this once the report is finalised.
