2011–12 QUARTERLY FINANCIAL RESULTS REPORT: SEPTEMBER 2011 — OPERATING SURPLUS
I have a supplementary question. Why was the Treasurer so tricky that he left it to a footnote in the budget papers to explain a significant $296 million change; and why did he not come clean on that issue in his own press release? Mr C.C. PORTER

I was so tricky that I have explained it publicly three or four times! It is in the budget papers. Just because it is hard for the member to find does not mean it is hidden.
