GEORGE JONES CHILD ADVOCACY CENTRE
1348. Hon NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing
the Minister for Child Protection:
I refer to the research completed
by Curtin University for the Department of Communities as part of the research
project for the development of two one-stop hubs.
(1) Has the
formal evaluation of the George Jones Child Advocacy Centre undertaken by the
University of South Australia been completed?
(2) If yes to (1), will the
minister table the evaluation report?
(3) If no to (1), what date is the
evaluation report due to be completed?

(1) I am advised that the
evaluation of the George Jones Child Advocacy Centre has been completed.
(2) The
evaluation of the George Jones Child Advocacy Centre was not initiated by the
state government. The evaluation was commissioned by Parkerville Children and
Youth Care.
(3) Not applicable.
