answer on behalf of the Minister for Transport.
(1)–(2) The Public Transport Authority and
the state government have been working constructively with the Australian Rail,
Tram and Bus Industry Union to incorporate driver feedback on changes that will
improve driver comfort and operability. This has included the trial of a new
driver's seat, software update to the air conditioning system and modifications
to labels and signage.
