The playing of authorised games outside Burswood Casino (as defined in the Casino Control Act 1984) is subject to the Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act 1985, and as a party to that Agreement, the Government has a contractual obligation to honour the terms and conditions of that Agreement.
