minister please table the written authority to deploy capture gear in the event
of a shark attack, which has been in place since 2009?

(1) I hereby
table two exemptions made under section 7(2) of the Fish Resources Management
Act 1994, dated 24 December 2009 and 20 November 2012 respectively, enabling
the deployment of shark capture gear.
