I refer to Department of Transport contract DOT 304313 for Market Research services in relation to the MAX Light Rail Project - Market Research Wave 2 , and I ask: (a) was the procurement method by open contract, and if not, why not; (b) will the Minister make publicly available results of the market research when completed and if not, why not; (c) over what dates was Market Research Wave 1 undertaken; (d) was a report produced based on the results of Wave 1 research; and (e) if yes to (d), will the Minister make the report publicly available and if not, why not?

(b)  The results are for internal use.
(c)  October - December 2012.
