I refer to the Millstream to Greenbushes pipeline extension to Kirup promised during the 2013 State election and ask: (a) what is the timeline for completion of the project; (b) is the project expected to meet the timeline; (c) what was the expected cost of the project in 2013 and what is the expected cost now; (d) what is the total cost of the project; (e) what is the current status of the project; and (f) what is the cost of the project beyond the forward estimates?

(a) The pipeline extension from Greenbushes to Kirup is forecast to be complete by
May 2017.
(b ) Subject to approvals, the project is expected to meet this timeline.
(c) The expected project cost was $19.7m in 2013. Current expected cost is
$19.7m.
(d) The forecast total project cost is $19.7m.
(e) The project is in the engineering design phase.
(f) There are no project costs beyond the forward estimates.
