application (EPA assessment 2253), which identifies documents outlining agreed
working arrangements between Alcoa and State Government Departments and Trading
Enterprises, and

I ask: (a) does
the Water Corporation have copies of the working arrangements between the Department
of Water and Environmental Regulation, Alcoa and the Water Corporation that was
cited in the referral; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) if yes to (a), will the Minister please table the
document(s); and (d) if no to (c), why not?
