reports about a door that is vital to the security of the State Mortuary at Sir
Charles Gairdner Hospital.

Has a review been undertaken to ensure that there has been no unauthorised
access to the State Mortuary?

If yes, will the minister table the report of that review?
(3)
Why has this door been broken for nearly three months without being fixed?

I thank the member for his question. I can inform him that door replacement
works have already been approved and will be underway shortly. In the meantime,
PathWest's facilities management team has managed faults related to the
automatic doors to the admissions area. Management controls are immediately put
in place when faults are identified to ensure that there is ongoing security. It
must be put on the record that the area has enhanced monitoring via CCTV, and
security of this area is always a priority.
