TIER 3 RAIL LINES — CLOSURE
486. Mr M.P. MURRAY to the Minister for
Transport:
I have a supplementary question. Is
the promise of the Premier before the election his promise or not? There is a
younger looking bloke on the side of this publication dated 7 March 2013 who
made those promises. He has certainly aged a bit. Is it a government promise or
not?
Mrs
L.M. Harvey : Commenting on people's appearance—it's
disgraceful.
The
SPEAKER : Minister for Police, I call you to order for the first time.

This government does support a viable tier 3 railway line.
The key word is ''viable''. We have always said that. This is a
commercial arrangement between two commercial entities. We would like to see
them reach an agreement, and we hope that they can.
