(2) The intention of this Workshop was to engage Human Services Agencies and Local Government. (3) These are South West Area Health Service internal working documents. Papers from the workshop were distributed to all participants. (4) 1164 residents of the South West were sent an invitation based on a random selection process. This random selection represented all postcodes, age groups and both genders. In addition invitations have been extended to Local Government, Human Services Agencies and community groups. The goal of the Forum is to inform communities of the South West on the planning processes that South West Area Health Service has been involved with, and to determine how communities may become more involved in the future. (5) Yes.
