(i) The Minister’s Facebook account is a private account. However anyone is able to send a “friend request” to the Minister’s account. Anyone who is a friend of the Minister on Facebook is able to access the content posted by the account.
(ii)The Minister is responsible for the material that he posts but is obviously not responsible for the material "posted" or "commented" on posts.
