Regarding the South Beach Urban Development in Cockburn/Fremantle -
(1) Has the landfilling carried out to date on the site covered any groundwater monitoring bores?
(2) If yes, how many?
(3) When was the last time these bores were used to monitor groundwater contamination?
(4) If the groundwater monitoring bores are no longer needed will the Minister table the reasons why they are no longer needed?
(5) If the groundwater monitoring bores are no longer needed will the Minister table all correspondence between the -
(a) DEP and the developer;
(b) WRC and the developer; and
(c) DEP and the WRC,
on why the monitoring bores are no longer required?
