(2) Could the Treasurer please also outline the current value of loans from the State Government to each individual local government authority for the financial years 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 detailed by: (a) the amount of the loan; (b) the date of commencement; (c) the purpose of the loan; (d) the interest rate charged; and (e) any changes to the interest rate?
