I refer to the air, water and noise report carried out by auditor Frank Fleer on the Alcoa Wagerup Alumina Refinery. (1) Does the minister support the implementation of all the recommendations? (2) Have all the changes recommended by Fleer been implemented by Alcoa? (3) If no to (2), can the minister provide details of which recommendations have been implemented and which have not been implemented? (4) If recommendations have not been implemented, what action has been taken by the Department of Environmental Protection to cause Alcoa to implement them? Hon KIM CHANCE
