I refer to the ACIL Allen Perth Park Business Case Summary, and I ask: (a) the report lists opportunity cost of land as an unquantified cost. What assessment has the Minister made of the lost alternative uses and the relative value foregone by committing the site to motorsport?

(a)               We understand that it was the desire of the Liberal Party to have a high-rise residential tower at this site.
This is not the preferred proposal by this Government.
