BUSINESS CASE
1147. Hon LYNN MacLAREN to the parliamentary
secretary representing the Minister for Transport:
(1) If the
government were to terminate the Roe 8 contracts for convenience, what would be
the potential maximum dollar amount claimable by the contractor for loss of
opportunity and loss of profit?
(2) Has the
Gateway review undertaken by the Department of Finance identified any concerns
about the Roe 8 business case; and, if so, what were they?
