In relation to the North Perth Police Station in View Street, I ask:
(a) what sale price did the sale of the station receive at its auction;
(b) including commission and any other costs, where are the sale proceeds being directed; and
(c) given this is another inner-city asset being sold off under the Barnett Government’s watch, will the Minister guarantee that all sale proceeds will be devoted to inner-city community safety needs; and
(i) if not, why not?

(b) Sale proceeds will be used to offset funding for the purchase of a new helicopter for WA Police.
(c - c.i) The Government has allocated $113.27 million for the Perth Police Complex located on the corner of Roe, Fitzgerald and James Streets Northbridge. This state of the art building will support best practice policing making for a safer Perth Central Business District and Northbridge entertainment precinct.
