I refer to the Point Spring nature reserve in the east Kimberley. (1) Will the minister provide accurate coordinates of the boundaries of this reserve? (2) Is the minister aware that fencing to protect the reserve from impacts of adjacent pastoral properties encloses only a small fraction of the reserve? (3) Will the minister explain why the fencing for the reserve does not correspond with the boundaries of the reserve described in (1)? (4) Will the minister authorise fencing of the entire reserve boundary? (5) If no to (4), why not? (6) Does the minister accept that proper fencing of the entire reserve is the best way of preventing a recurrence of stock straying onto the reserve? Hon TOM STEPHENS
