I am advised as follows - (1) BP Refinery (Kwinana) Pty Ltd has an emergency response plan, emergency response personnel and equipment in place to deal with emergencies on site. BP also has arrangements in place with the Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia for assisting with emergency management if required. (2) This part of the question would be more properly addressed to the Minister for Energy.
