I refer to North Metropolitan Health Service, Mental Health as at 1 January and 1 April 2015, and I ask: (a) how many staff were employed by the service; (b) how many vacancies existed in the service; (c) what positions were vacant and where were the positions located; (d) how many staff left the service between 30 September 2014 and 1 January 2015, and what positions did they hold at the time of their departure; (e) how many staff have left the service between 1 January and 1 April 2015, and what positions did they hold at the time of their departure; and (f) how many staff were on leave as at 1 January and 1 April 2015?
