(1)  No.  The
Standardisation
of Formatting Act 2010 was purely about bringing            non-standard formatting, numbering, and the like into consistency with the rest of the statute book.
However, it appears that the consequential amendment to the cross-reference to Section 43(e) of the Government Railways Act 1904 in Section 64A(3)(c) of the Public Transport Authority Act 2003 was overlooked and Parliamentary Counsel advises this will be corrected through the reprinting process. Pending publication of the reprint, a note will be included in the website version of the Public Transport Authority Act 2003 to explain the confusing cross-reference.
