(2) As at 30 June 2015, 964 applications.
Please note the Housing Authority
allocates properties to tenants based on a preference zone. Tenants nominate a zone
of their choice and may be offered accommodation anywhere within their
preferred zone. The North East Metropolitan preference zone includes the
suburbs of Ashfield, Bassendean, Beechboro, Bellevue, Caversham, Chidlow, Eden
Hill, Ellenbrook, Greenmount, Guildford, Helena Valley, Henley Brook, Herne
Hill, Jane Brook, Kiara, Koongamia, Lockridge, Middle Swan, Midland, Midvale,
South Guildford, Stoneville, Stratton, Swan View, Viveash, West Swan and
Woodbridge.
