i-ii. A 40-metre jetty located at Geraldton Port’s eastern breakwater was built and delivered by the Mid-West Ports Authority.
This jetty was opened in January 2024. The total cost of the jetty and landside infrastructure was $5.33 million and included upgrades to the nearby Francis Street Jetty carpark for a passenger laydown area.
A 25-metre jetty to be located within Batavia Coast Marina is now part of a new floating boat pen set (Jetty C), which is being delivered by the Department of Transport.
Construction of this jetty will has commenced and is expected to be complete by mid-2025.
