(a) Water Corporation’s 2015-16 financial results included revenue of $10.4m before tax for the sale of Engineering & Construction Services.
(b)-(c) The Water Corporation will receive an additional revenue of $1m before tax from RCR Tomlinson for commercial lease arrangements in 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 that would otherwise not have been realised.
(d) A total of 114 employees transferred to RCR Tomlinson. The number of employees as at 30 June 2016 is a matter for RCR Tomlinson.
