I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question.
(1) No.
(2) The deputy
director general of schools met with the school on 4 August 2021. It would not
be appropriate under the communications agreement for the minister to meet
directly with the school on an ongoing operational matter.
(3) A meeting has been arranged with parents of two of the
female students.
(4) Support
plans have been created for the female students that encompasses protective
security measures, support from the school
psychology service and strategies for teachers and other staff to provide
additional support to the students and their parents.
(5) In
addition to physical separation and increased supervision, the school has
prioritised the delivery of protective
behaviours curriculum so that every student knows what is acceptable, what to
do to be safe and who they can go to for support.
