(a) The Mental Health Commission does not provide funding to Bunbury Counselling. The Mental Health Commission has a recurrent service agreement with Collie Family Centre to provide counselling services in the region and they have sub-contracting arrangement with Bunbury Counselling to deliver these services on their behalf.
(b) Three days per week.
(c) Two days per week.
(d-e) This information is not formally submitted as part of the Mental Health Commission's standard data collection processes or the specific contract with Collie Family Centre.
