Can the Minister please provide copies of,: (a) any correspondence between the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and the Environemtal Protection Agency (EPA) regarding Odour Buffer for the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) during the time of minor amendment 0020/57 to the present year; (b) all correspondence between EPA and Western Australian Planning Commision (WAPC)/Department of Planning and Infrastructure regarding 0020/57 including the EPA email to WAPC dated 22 September 2011.; and (c) if no to (b), why not?
