I refer to Question on Notice 382 and noting LandCorp’s failure to provide any information in relation to the names of organisations providing hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel, I ask: (a) how many LandCorp officers have accepted hospitality, invitation to an event, free accommodation or free travel from a private or public organisation since 1 November 2012; (b) what was the nature of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel, and what is the name of the private or public organisation which provided them; (c) what is the estimated individual value of the hospitality, event, free accommodation or free travel; (d) does the agency have any commercial or financial relationship with either the private or public organisation and if so, what is the nature of that commercial or financial relationship; (e) does the Minister believe it is acceptable for LandCorp not to provide this information; and (f) will the Minister direct LandCorp to provide this information and if not, why not?
