I refer to the premises at 73 Finnerty Street, Karrinyup. (1) What was the status of the occupier’s account for the supply of electricity with Western Power or its successors during 2006 and 2007? (2) Did Western Power or its successors take any action to deny or reduce the electricity supply to this property as a consequence of the outstanding account; and, if so, will the minister provide the relevant details?
