I refer to the sewerage pressure main along Opal Drive and
the Boulevard in Treendale in the Shire of Harvey.
(1) Why does the Treendale sewerage pressure main need to be
replaced?
(2) Has the replacement work commenced?
(3) If not, when will the replacement commence and when will
it be completed?
(4) Will the
Shire of Harvey be given indemnity for any current or future sewerage
infrastructure failures in the area; and, if not, why not?
