accommodation in Fremantle?
(5) If yes to (4) —
(a) from which agency did the

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.
(1)–(2) The
Department of Finance commissioned a valuation to be undertaken in relation to
the Housing Authority's East Perth site to assist in financial
modelling to ascertain the feasibility of shifting that agency to Fremantle.
The valuation was received on 22 September 2015 and remains
commercial-in-confidence. The government will make this information public at
the end of the process. However, the Valuer-General has advised that the
valuation roll shows an unimproved value for the site as at 1 July of $28.9 million.
(3)–(5) Not applicable.
