I refer to the answer provided to my question asked on 21 March 2007, and as requested seek a response to the following questions -
(1) Have any Government departments or instrumentalities used an external consultant to assist them with the Visa work?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the average cost charged to the Department for each 457 Visa obtained?
(3) Where a Department has used an external consultant, was the consultant engaged through a public tender process or on some other basis?
(4) If yes to (3), what was the nature of the other basis?
