(a) As at 24 October 2014 there are 13,057 people living in the South West who have outstanding fines and/or infringements with the Fines Enforcement Registry.
(b) Of the 13,057 the following live in:
(i) Bunbury - 3,617
(ii) Busselton - 1,646
(iii) Margaret River - 1,340
(iv) Manjimup - 513
