(3) What further action is the Minister prepared to take to curb the dangerous and escalating use of off-road vehicles on this land which is owned by her department?
(4) What are the details of any contact that the Minister’s Department has had with the City of Swan in the last two years with respect to this school site?
(5) On what date was each such contact made?

(1) The Department of Education has set aside a site for a primary school on the corner of Aquarian Drive and Farrall Road, Jane Brook.
(1)(a) The Department currently has no plan to build a primary school on the site on the corner of Aquarian Drive and Farrall Road, Jane Brook.
(1)(b) The Department currently has no plan to relinquish the site on the corner of Aquarian Drive and Farrall Road, Jane Brook.
(2) Yes.
(3) The Department has previously installed boulders and erected "No Trespassing" signs in an endeavour to deter antisocial behaviour. It is not Departmental policy to fence vacant school sites.
(4) The Department's Infrastructure property team has had no contact with the City of Swan over this site.
