(c) N/a I have reviewed a number of articles in the “Subiaco Post” and have been unable to find any reference to such a statement from myself that the redevelopment area would eventually increase from 4ha. Perhaps the Member could provide a copy of the article.

(a) and (b) The number of permitted storeys for the redevelopment of Leighton is the subject of a City of Fremantle local town planning scheme amendment. This amendment and the accompanying structure plan has been the subject of extensive community consultation and is currently under formal advertising period.
(c) N/a
