(5) Albany - the original lease was due to expire December 2009. Building owners approached Landgate offering relocation to a larger adjacent office (54m² to 81m²). The original lease was terminated without penalty and replaced with a new lease agreement.
Perth - the whole lease is due to expire 30 June 2012.
(6) Albany - rent ceased as soon as Landgate vacated.
Perth - rent continues to be paid whilst we try to secure a new tenant.
