DR STEPHEN VAN DER MYE - RESIGNATION
(1) Did former Western Power chief executive officer Dr Stephen van der Mye submit a resignation letter? (2) If so, will the minister table it; and, if not, why not? (3) If there is no resignation letter from Dr van der Mye, will the minister table any correspondence to Dr van der Mye by which his appointment as CEO was terminated; and, if not, why not? I thank the member for some notice of this question. The Minister for Energy has provided the following response - Any comment on specific aspects or production of evidence in the van der Mye litigation is inappropriate given that the matter is pending before the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
