I refer to the Housing Diversity Pipeline, Round 1 (announced February 2022) which listed 12 specific sites for development, and the later Round 2 (announced August 2024) which called for offers from industry, and other projects included under the Housing Diversity Pipeline which did not clearly fall within the formal Round 1 or Round 2 submission processes, such as the discounted transfer of land to the Shire of Narrogin explained in question without notice 1568, asked on 27 November 2024, and I ask: (a) specifying how many per site, how many homes have been built at each of the original 12 sites listed as part of the original Housing Diversity Pipeline announcement; (b) specifying how many per site, how many homes are under contract to be built at each of the 12 original sites listed as part of the original Housing Diversity Pipeline announcement; (c) specifying how many per site, how many homes have been built at each site under the Round 2 Housing Diversity Pipeline; (d) specifying how many per site, how many homes are under contract to be built at each site under the Round 2 Housing Diversity Pipeline; (e) specifying how many per site, how many homes have been built at each site under the Housing Diversity Pipeline, outside of the Round 1 or Round 2 processes; (f) specifying how many per site, how many homes are under contract to be built at each site under the Housing Diversity Pipeline, outside of the Round 1 or Round 2 processes; (g) in total, specifying how many per site, how many homes have been built as a result of the Housing Diversity Pipeline; and (h) in total, specifying how many per site, how many homes are under contract to be built as a result of the Housing Diversity Pipeline?

The housing diversity pipeline (HDP) is a rolling program with sites added on an ongoing basis for divestment.
A range of HDP sites have been sold to private parties, and dwelling yields for each site are strategic capacity estimates and are dependent on final built form outcomes.
A number of HDP sites which were not feasible for private sale now form part of the State Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) program. A landmark investment partnership between the Albanese and Cook Labor Governments that will deliver almost 1,800 social and affordable homes for Western Australia.
Further Announcements for HDP projects will be made in due course.
