I refer to the Murdoch link project.
(1) Can the minister confirm that the project was due to be
completed in 2019?
(2) Has the project been completed; and, if not, why not?
(3) Will the minister indicate which month in 2020 the
project will be completed; and, if not, why not?

I thank the Leader of the Opposition for some notice of the
question. The following answer has been provided to me by the Minister for
Transport.
(1) The original scope of the project was scheduled
for completion by late 2019. Additional scope was included, which
extended the construction period.
(2)–(3) The first stage of the project opened to
traffic on 6 April. Stage 2 of the project will be opened to traffic shortly.
