by the Minister for Health.
(1)–(2) All actions and recommendations
are in progress and are being implemented. The actions and recommendations are
not intended to be completed at a single point in time; rather, they will direct
ongoing reform to continuously improve the experiences of, and achieve optimal
outcomes for, infants, children and adolescents and their families and carers.
(3)–(4) Referrals are prioritised or
triaged on the basis of risk, urgency and clinical presentation. All referrals
are reviewed daily. Contact with children and their family occurs within a 24
to 48-hour period and interim support is provided when necessary.
