1529. Hon SOPHIA MOERMOND to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the compulsory prevent,
act, respond training provided to Northern Territory police recruits and health
staff that teaches them the signs of domestic violence from the perspective of
victim–survivors.
(1) Is the
training provided to the Western Australian Police Force surrounding family and
domestic violence compulsory?
(2) Is the training provided from
the perspective of victim–survivors?
