I thank the member for some notice of this question.  The intention is that the ongoing role and functions of the four ministerial advisory councils - the Higher Education Council, the Aboriginal Education and Training Advisory Council, the Rural Education and Training Advisory Council and the Early Childhood Advisory Council - be reviewed in the 2001-02 financial year and that the reviews be conducted within the existing budget.
