) population in the Higginsville area, I ask -
(1) Do any of the mining companies operating in the Higginsville area undertake monitoring of the honey possum population - specifically the following companies with tenements -
(a) Avoca E15/740;
(b) Bardoc E15/1104;
(c) Gascoyne E15/ 1280;
(d) Australian Gold M15/1755;
(e) Gascoyne E15/266;
(f) Jupiter Mines E15/625;
(g) Jupiter Mines M15/1459;
(h) St Ives Gold M15/80;
(i) Mincor M15/90;
(j) Avoca M15/820;
(k) Australian Gold Resources M15/1756; and
(l) any other relevant company and tenement?
(2) Are there are requirements (conditions or otherwise) on the mining companies to monitor the honey possum?
(3) If yes to (2), what are the results of these monitoring programs?
(4) Are there any requirements (conditions or otherwise) on the mining companies to undertake protective programs for the honey possum?
(5) If yes to (4), will the Minister detail these programs, and what is the progress of these programs?
