Western Australian daily smoking rates among those over 18 years are the second lowest across all Australian jurisdictions.
If a nicotine vaping product (such as nicotine containing e-liquids) is prescribed by a registered medical practitioner, they can be dispensed by a registered pharmacy or imported for personal use by the holder of a valid prescription.
