(a) has the Department prepared, undertaken or consulted regarding the introduction of RADOs to regional Western Australia and, if not, why not;
(b) will the Minister table any advice given and received and, if not, why not; and
(c) what costings have been prepared or submitted to introduce RADOs in every or some regions and what are these costings?

(a) I am advised the Department undertook some work on this matter for the previous Minister.
(b) No. I am advised information was prepared for the previous Minister for Culture and the Arts in 2007. This information is no longer current.
(c) In 2009 the Department of Culture and the Arts estimated that it would cost over $3.1million per annum to introduce a RADO network in all regions. These costs are based on information prepared in 2009 and as such are no longer current.
