date was the exclusion zone agreed or approved by the chief executive officer

I thank the honourable member for some notice of this
question.
(1)–(4)
The Minister for Culture and the Arts notes the members ongoing interest in
this matter as evidenced by the large number of questions recently submitted,
and notes the significant amount of staff time required to provide sufficiently
detailed responses. For this reason, the minister again asks that this question
without notice and future questions on this issue —
Hon Adele Farina interjected.
Hon HELEN MORTON :
Mr President, I am hearing other voices.
Several members interjected.
The PRESIDENT : Order! Has the minister
finished her answer?
Hon HELEN MORTON :
No.
The PRESIDENT :
Carry on.
Hon HELEN MORTON :
I think I should start at the beginning again.
The PRESIDENT : No,
do not start at the beginning.
Hon HELEN MORTON :
For this reason, the minister again asks that this question without notice and
future questions on this issue be put on notice. Alternatively, the minister is
very willing to have a formal briefing on the issue to be arranged for the
member.
