Hon Stephen Dawson replied:I thank the
honourable member for some notice of the question. The following answer is
provided on behalf of the Minister for Energy and Decarbonisation.(1)–(3) The
minister instigated an independent review of Synergy's billing systems in July
2025 and isconsidering the recommendations. A summary of the independent reviewer's
interim report was published in October 2025.
