GOLDEN BAY DEVELOPMENT — PUBLIC INFORMATION DAYS
Some notice has been given of the question. I refer to the public information days held in December 2009 and July 2010 in relation to the proposed Golden Bay development. (1) Was the purpose of the public information days to seek community comment? (2) If no to (1), what was the purpose of the public information days? (3) If yes to (1), was any community comment received, and were these comments included in the development plan currently open for further comment? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN

(2) Not applicable. (3) Community comments were received and incorporated into the changes being made to the CDP. For example, additional public open space, modifications to the neighbourhood centre, and refinement of the road network.
